Is this really free?
Yes. You send photos, we reply with an honest opinion: clean it yourself, keep an eye on it, or have it inspected. There is no obligation to book.
Can you tell what kind of mold it is from a photo?
No, and neither can anyone else. A photo can show whether something looks like growth, how much there is and whether it’s near a likely water source. Identifying the type takes a lab sample.
What happens to my photos?
They are stored privately for 90 days so we can review them, then deleted automatically. They are only viewable through a private link sent to us, never published or shared.
What makes a useful photo?
One close-up of the spot, one from a few steps back showing where it is in the room, and one of anything nearby that could be a water source, like a sink, window or ceiling stain.
